In case you missed it, I recently purchased a domain name, changed my IG handle, and merged my blogs into a new one. The new site is still a work in progress, but I didn't want a desire for perfection to keep me from getting started!

Baby DiGia Gender Reveal

After being married for five years, Brian and Chelsea are walking into a new season! Last week, they found out the gender of Baby DiGia and planned a powder paint gender reveal! I love when couples have fun with these gender reveal sessions! Well, now the secret is out and I can show the full shoot in color! These two started out playing nice. We went to Riverside Park a couple of hours before sunset and just took a little walk in the park.

They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery ;)

Photographing all the little things...One thing you must know about this couple is that they are originally from Pittsburgh, PA, so you'll notice that Brian was repping their hometown with a few of his favorite t-shirts

Then things got a little messy! Brian and Chelsea found a onesie to rep their hometown as well.

So the funny thing about this group of shots is that Chelsea kept throwing paint, apologizing, and laughing... #sorrynotsorry? looks like she got more on Brian than on the onesie!

Then it was payback time!

But of course they made up at the end of the fight :) Brian and Chelsea, thanks for letting me be a part of this special season for you both. Can't wait for your little boy to get here!

Frazier Maternity

Since their gender reveal party is coming up soon, it was only fitting that I post a few shots from my maternity session with the Fraziers. The last time I photographed CJ and Cordia, they wanted to have a session with their newest little addition, their puppy Tebow. This time around, they are anticipating the arrival of new little addition. On November 29, they plan to meet their little baby girl or boy, so we took the scenic route to do a maternity shoot at Crab Tree Falls in Virginia! CJ and Cordia, thank you for inviting me along to share in this exciting time. I'm voting on girl. We'll see if I'm right! ;)

Baby Pugh Makes 3

I recently got a chance to meet the newest addition to the Pugh Family! The long-awaited Christian Anthony decided to make his debut. RJ and Mary have so much to celebrate this season with their new place and their first son. Congratulations to you! 

Raleigh Day Trip

This past weekend, my husband, my sister, and I took a day trip to Raleigh. They were such good sports while I snapped every moment in photos :) I've been working today on editing some of my other sessions to post, but I wanted to share these with you today. Enjoy!

When I first met Shanee, we were coworkers in a restaurant in college. When she first asked me about doing a newborn session, I was excited. She is the only lady in a house full of boys, but her love for Marvel comics and superheroes helped to prepare her for her life as a mom of two boys. This wasn't exactly a newborn session because Baby Dexter is four months old now, but this sweet lifestyle family session was so fun to capture.

Meet the Fraziers. When I first arrived for this session with CJ and his wife Cordia, I was surprised to find out that I would actually be photographing a family of three that day! The Fraziers just adopted a pup named Tebow as an extension to their family!

Elexia Turns 12

Elexia's mom first approached me about a photoshoot back in December. She wanted to create a book of images and encouragement to give her daughter for her 12th birthday. I was honored when she later asked me to contribute to the book as well. Elexia was so sweet and she had a style all her own.
